Job Opening: NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTRE (NOC) TECHNICIAN
Location: Toronto, ON, CANADA

Job Experience:

. An in-depth knowledge of MLPS/IP/VPN networks.
. A strong knowledge of Cisco VPN/Firewall technologies.
. Exposure to VOIP and a fundamental knowledge of audio/video conferencing.
. Experience in the design/management of network routing architectures using protocols such as OSPF, BGF and static routes.
. Knowledge of Quality of Service, IPSec, GRE tunnels, multi-casting and traffic balancing.
. Strong communication skills to effectively dialogue with clients.
. A proven ability to troubleshoot and continually learn new technologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a Global provider of managed, video-conferencing services. The 7/24 Network Operations Centre provides second level support to customers around the world who are participating in Video Conferencing activities. We're looking for a qualified NOC Technician for our Toronto-based North American Operation. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of audio and/or video conferencing along with an aptitude for troubleshooting, adapting to new environments, and continually learning new technologies.
