Job Opening: GIS Develope
Location: Calgary, AB, CANADA

Our client has an immediate requirement for a strong GIS Developer for one of their projects for an initial duration of 11 months. The resource would be working with the project team including IT staff and be responsible for ArcGIS desktop tool development and ArcGIS Server application development.

Skills Required:

Previous experience developing ArcGIS Desktop (C#, ArcObjects) and Server applications. 5-10 years
Previous experience using ESRI ArcGIS technology in a versioned enterprise geodatabase environment 5-10 years
Previous experience with Oracle and SQL 5-10 years

Desired Skills:

Previous experience with the following ESRI technologies: SDE, Model Builder, Python scripting
Previous Oracle database experience in SQL, PL/SQL, database views, and database procedures

Project Scope and Project Objectives:
Working with IT Project Manager and IT Analysts, and business subject matter experts on execution of development, testing, documentation and implementation of desktop and web based application components.
