Relevant du Chef, Infrastructure et support réseau, l'Administrateur réseautique veillera au bon fonctionnement de l'infrastructure réseautique sous sa responsabilité. Il devra assurer le suivi de la performance du réseau et y apporter la maintenance nécessaire. Le titulaire de ce poste participe au support de l'infrastructure réseautique de l'entreprise. Il travaille de concert avec les spécialistes infrastructure réseau afin de mettre en place des solutions optimales pour l'entreprise. Vous offrirez également un support de 2ième niveau au groupe Services aux utilisateurs.

Job Responsabilités :
- Assurer le suivi avec divers intervenants sur la qualité de l'infrastructure réseau.
- S'assurer que les modifications et que la configuration des infrastructures réseaux sont à la satisfaction du client.
- Coordonner toutes les activités relatives aux améliorations et aux changements de l'infrastructure.
- Recommander aux personnes responsables des améliorations à la méthodologie, aux normes et aux standards et ce, afin d'augmenter l'efficacité du service.
- Assurer une vigie technologique pour son secteur.

Compétences:
Exigences générales
- D.E.C. en informatique
- Certification Cisco CCNA, CCNP (un atout)
- Minimum 4 à 6 ans d'expérience pertinente en réseautique
- Connaissance éprouvée du français et de l'anglais parlés et écrits.
- Connaissance du domaine de l'assurance ou bancaire (un atout)
- Axé sur le service à la clientèle.

Exigences techniques
- Expérience avec la planification de câblage structuré et les technologies de fibres
- Expérience dans la configuration des routeurs Cisco (Séries 3900, 7200 et ASR)
- Expérience dans la configuration des switches Cisco (Séries 2960, 3750 et 6500)
- Expérience des réseaux locaux de grande envergure (1000+ postes de travail)
- Maîtriser les technologies VPN, Firewall (Cisco Pix/ASA ou PaloAlto) et les Load Balancers (Cisco ACE et F5)
- Maîtriser les protocoles de communication tels TCP, UDP et Ethernet.
- Connaissance des services réseau (WINS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Clustering) et les principes d'encryption (SSL)
- Connaissances des analyseurs de protocoles (Netscout) et autres outils de gestion (What's Up, Cisco Works et Vitalnet)
- Connaissance des accélérateurs de réseau (Riverbed)
- Maîtriser les protocoles de routage EIGRP et OSPF
- Connaissance de la téléphonie IP, ses composantes et le QOS
- Bonnes connaissances des concepts de sécurité de données.
