Location: Montreal, QC, Canada

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Integration Specialist with expertise to support development, testing, and production environments for our client products. This individual will install, support, maintain, and troubleshoot issues in all environment types, primarily on Unix platforms (HP, Sun, Linux). We are looking for a self starter that has the ability to work as a team player with full direction as well as provide individual contributions with little or no direction.

Create and maintain the most appropriate and efficient structure for the account's environment
Create and maintain all environment types so that they will fit the account/project requirements at each phase of the life cycle
Create useful tools for both testing and integration teams to improve work efficiency
Install, support, maintain and troubleshoot issues in test/production environments
Provide professional support and consulting to developers and customers in environment area
Technical infrastructure support for the Application teams on site troubleshooting of infrastructure, environment problems
Provide on-call support
Evening, weekend, and holiday support required
Occasional travel

Job Requirements:

3-5 yrs advanced user level knowledge of UNIX/Linux and one of their shells (SH/KSH/TCSH/BASH)
3-5 yrs strong user level knowledge of SQL
Proven ability to create technical documentation
Bachelor degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

Job Preferences:

Knowledge of Amdocs products Enabler/Ensemble/ASMM
Knowledge of prepaid/postpaid/data billing processes
Knowledge of scheduling software Tivoli/Control-M
Knowledge of distributed environments and HA
Weblogic server administration experience
Reverse engineering skills
Experience working in a service oriented environment
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent learning skills
