Spherion, A Randstad Company is seeking a bright, thorough, team player with accounting or payroll experience for our client, a large manufacturing operation in Winnipeg. Working in a fast paced professional environment you will be responsible for entering payroll related data and processing payroll data to meet timelines while providing exceptional employee service in response to questions and issues that arise.

Job Qualifications:
·Related post-secondary training, (Computerized Accounting, Business Administration) along with CPA Level 1-2 - complete or current enrolment would be an asset. Will accept combination of related training and experience.
·One year or more of related experience. Experience with unionized payrolls or in unionized environment a definite asset.
·Advanced Excel; Basic to Intermediate skills with Word, Email, Internet; Experience/Knowledge of Automated Payroll Systems - Preference to Ceridian; Accurate Data Entry
·Basic knowledge of legislation, regulations related to HR/Payroll
·General understanding of Accounting
·Energized by multiple, demands and continuous improvement.
