Job Vacancy: Level 2 Technician
Location: Winnipeg, MB, CANADA
Our International Client requires a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist responsible for resolving incidents within service levels and is accountable for timely resolution of incidents across all participating groups.
Other requirements are:
. Level 2 help desk technicians will be responsible for providing technical support for escalated tickets and network operations issues. Additionally, Level 2 technicians will also need to support service contracts established with BCN's enterprise clients. Work includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user requests. Excellent customer service skills are essential in this position.
Job Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or College Diploma in a related technical program.
Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) and/or ITIL Foundation Certified certification. The candidate should have 3+ years demonstrated IT management and/or help desk experience. The candidate must possess a valid driver's license.
