Job Responsibilities:

processing invoices from trade suppliers
issuing debit memos to suppliers
verifying invoice amounts, discounts
printing cheques
responding to supplier/branch requests and inquiries
updating the supplier database
reconciling outstanding receipts
reconciling vendor statements
assisting with telephone and reception desk coverage
other duties as assigned

Excellent math skills, computer skills, organizational skills, and knowledge of basic accounting and spreadsheets are essential. Previous accounts payable experience required.
