Our West Island client requires a fluently bilingual A/R candidate. Responsibilities are: setup of customer accounts,maintain customer accounts and price lists, daily preparation and recording of bank deposits, reconciling credit card and EFT payments, mail customer statements, ensure accuracy of customer account details in Oracle, monthly reconciliation of A/R subledger, customer collection calls and prepare A/R aging reports. Prerequisites are: Minimum of 5 years of accounts receivable exper ience, strong analytical and problem solving skills, superior communication skills, customer service oriented, autonomous, organized, dynamic and advanced computer skills in MS Office. There are full benefits after 6 months.
