THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our client, a non-bank, financial services company with offices across Canada, seeks to engage a National Sales & Marketing Manager for their call centre operations in Calgary.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of financial sales professionals and corporate traders to generate new accounts. The National Sales & Marketing Manager will also continue to enhance the visibility of the brand in the FX industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of direct marketers and business developers in their sales efforts, providing direction to the team regarding difficult queries to maintain client loyalty.
Report regularly to the Vice President, Corporate providing sales forecasts and reports to allow for realignment of sales targets and goal setting.
Collaborate with Senior Management in adjusting marketing and sales strategies to in-coming market intelligence.
Facilitate the training of FX Traders, Business Developers, and Direct Marketers allowing them to effectively Interface with current and prospective clients, identify opportunities for cross-selling or presentation of new services as they arise.

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of management experience in a call centre environment within the financial services industry.
Experience in the FX/Currency Exchange/Forex industry required.
Superior customer service and cold-calling skills.
Ambitious, confident, and outgoing personality.
Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow long-term relationships.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Articulate and persuasive sales ability.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.

COMPENSATION:

Salary is commensurate with experience.
