Job Vacancy: CISC Manitoba Regional Representative
Location: Brandon, MB, Canada; Portage la Prairie, MB, Canada; Thompson, MB, Canada; Winnipeg, MB, Canada

Job Qualifications:

·Ideal for the semi-retired individual, the CISC is currently looking to fill a part-time, contract position as a Regional Representative to service the province of Manitoba.
·Reporting to the Western Regional Manager, this individual will work closely with our current MB Member base to meet and exceed member's expectations of the CISC's services while increasing membership
·Manage the membership with the goal of meeting assigned performance metrics (i.e. member growth, member satisfaction, continuous improvement, etc.)
·Maintain operations within the budget
·Prepare and deliver reports and presentations
·Plan, participate and report on Regional Meetings
·Travel within the Province of Manitoba and occasionally within Canada will be required

Job Requirements:

·Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent combination of education and construction related experience
·The ideal candidate will possess 5 plus years experience in Structural Engineering with a background in steel fabrication or consultative engineering
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Excellent organizational skills required to manage multiple tasks
·Well developed written communication skills in the preparation of technical reports, correspondence and design standards/guidelines are important
·Well developed consultative management and effective presentation skills
·A strong problem solver used to making timely decisions
·Ability to work independently
