Our client has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Showroom Consultant. This individual will provide leadership, working with the latest in bath and kitchen design, assisting designers, architects and builders with their needs. Our client is seeking an experienced professional to take their business to a whole new level as they continue to grow!

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver professional, exceptional customer service as you assist high-end designers, contractors and home builders with their plumbing needs.
Arrange consultations and off-site meetings as needed.
Assist showroom customers, demonstrating product knowledge and expertise.
Assist in the selection of plumbing fixtures and accessories to meet customer needs.
Quotes, order entry, expediting, price and stock inquiries.
Provide leadership to other Showroom Consultants, mentoring and providing expertise as needed, while collaborating in a team environment.
Attend and promote relevant meetings and trade shows, maintaining close network connections.
Initiate and maintain professional relationships with all clients.
Continuously learn the latest product knowledge.
Read blueprints and understand customers' requests to fulfill their requirements.
Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

Established background in the design industry with proven sales experience.
Post-secondary education related to design a definite asset.
Previous exposure to project management and knowledge of plumbing fixtures a definite asset.
Minimum grade 12 education.
Ability to provide professional, exceptional customer service every day.
Creative thinker with a flair and passion for interior design and decoration.
Self-motivated with superior sales ability and proven results.
Excellent organization skills with an eye for detail.
Quality leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to utilize Microsoft programs and learn in-house software.
