Area Sales Manager

In our Calgary multi-family projects who has a background that includes relationship building and a track record of success in new-condo sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Showcase the features and benefits of Aspire Condominiums to potential customers
Work with customers to identify their needs and wants in a new home
Document the sale of the new home and complete all necessary paperwork
Manage the customer relationship throughout the sale and building process
Respond to customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
Ensure signage and other collateral is in place and appropriate

Job Qualifications:

Experience in a new-home sales position
Strong ability to multi task
Attention to detail and able to review legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Must have a sense of urgency
Good computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
