Commercial Accountant

iGO4 Ltd is currently recruiting for a Commercial Accountant to join its innovative, fast growing insurance business.

The successful applicant will report to the Finance Director but also work very closely with the Senior Account Management team on Partner Businesses often dealing directly with our Partners to provide accurate and timely MI reports on their product performance. You will be responsible for developing and producing planning models to accurately forecast P&L and Cash Flow and identify risks and opportunities for Own Brand Products and Partner Businesses. You will produce and present Partner performance both internally and externally.

For this Commercial Accountant role we are looking for:

A qualified accountant, someone CIMA qualified would be preferred but not essential.

Experience of working in the financial sector and/or with an insurance industry background would be an advantage

Exposure to commercial activities and relationship management is essential

Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and a modern accounting system

Experience of delivering change in a project team environment

An ability to analyse information and make sound commercial decisions based on available evidence

A team player with good communication skills who can add value to the team and business

A highly motivated individual who can prioritise their work and who strives for continuous improvement

The salary range is £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits.
