Position: Assistant Management Accountant / Dealership Accountant

As part of continued growth plans a new Assistant Management Accountant position has been created at a successful motor dealership in the Merseyside area.This rewarding position offers full study support (if candidates are interested but not essential) and is ideal for applicants either with previous motor trade experience or a good academic profile.

The Assistant Management Accountant / Dealership Accountant will be responsible for:

    Monthly management accounts for the dealership
    Closedown of ledgers and answering queries
    Working capital accounts
    Preparation for the composite accounts
    KPIs and analysis of sales figures

Ideally you will have / be:

    Studying towards an accountancy qualification (equivalent experience considered)
    Either previous motor trade experience or a good academic record
    Experience producing month end reporting
    Strong communication skills and ability to manage own time effectively
