Fund Accountant

My client, a highly successful niche private equity firm with a special focus on innovative technology currently seek a Senior Fund Accountant to join an ever growing team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA) and have a minimum of four years post qualified experience as a Fund Accountant with private equity.

This is an all encompassing role which will include:

·Preparation of the fund quarterly and annual financial statements.

·Coordinating the funding and liquidation of portfolio investments

·Provide support analyses for the partnership and external auditors

·All (funds) accounting and models control

·Review externally prepared management accounts and pricing

This business works at an international level and requires a very commercially astute Fund Accountant who seeks progression ad feels that they would suit an entrepreneurial environment.
