Accountancy Divisions are currently representing a Financial Services organisation that has specific relevance to local & national governments based in the City of London. Our client is currently looking for a Management Accountant to join their accounts function and be responsible for the products of Monthly Management Accounts for an extremely high grossing part of the organisation.

The Management Accountant will be responsible for the following:

(i) Report to the Financial Controller producing timely and accurate monthly management information

(ii) To support the Financial Controller in ensuring all of the appropriate financial controls for the business are in place

(iii) To prepare the Monthly Management accounts and finance pack

(iv) Manage the balances and report on cash flow movement on a daily basis

(v) Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register

The successful applicant for the Management Accountant role will have the following skill set:

(i)Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA candidate

(ii)Working knowledge of the leisure/hospitality/catering industry

(iii) Strong accounting experience ideally in the Financial Services industry

(iv) Advanced Excel skills
