Position: Financial Analyst / Commercial Accountant

Job responsible

    Delivery and explanation of business plan, annual budget and quarterly forecasting for the operational and industrial development areas of the business
    Working with plant managers to aid strategic decision making in output, pricing, customer base and stock positions
    Manage and oversee the management reporting pack completion to international timetables
    Presenting to senior managers / board analysis of performance and advising on corrective action / recovery plans
    Undertake and design improvement projects, using technology and new products to maintain a world class facility

Job Requirements

    Very strong academic background (minimum 320 UCAS points at A level, 2:1 or first class degree from a leading university)
    Fully qualified accountant or finalist ideally from a graduate trainee scheme either in industry or practice
    Ambitious and driven individual with an agile mind and ability to adapt their presentation skills to the audience at hand
    Mathematics or Economics background an advantage but not essential
    Strong Excel skills and ability to investigate trends and hidden picture behind large amounts of data
