My client, extremely respected within its highly competitive field is a robust and progressive organisation based in the Greenwich area that is currently seeking a Client Accountant. As a proficient, professional and competent Client Accountant you will be ideally suited to my client’s requirements if you see your career progressing within the property accounts field. The scope for training, development and career growth is unparalleled. In order however to be considered for this role you must have a dedicated experience of client accounts within property specifically (at least three years), this is essential in order for your application to be considered for this role as Client Accountant. A progressive CV and career to date will be a distinct advantage. This role has the best chances of going in to a permanent position.

In order to apply for the post of client Accountant with my client please ensure you have the following skills:

(i)Reporting regular charges to tenants and any other adhoc reports/ requirements to clients

(ii)Client accounting reports, service charges and general administration processes for the portfolio of clients you will be looking after

(iii)Managing a client portfolio, working through the whole cycle of property accounts and service charges

(iv)Ensure the smooth running of the portfolio including timely accurate accounts reporting to clients and monitoring of funding.

(v)Bank reconciliations, processing purchase ledger invoices

(vi)Booking in monies on the service charges

(vii)Liaise with the relevant surveyors on the portfolio, acting on and providing information in a timely manner.
