As a proficient, professional and competent Property Accountant you will be ideally suited to my client’s requirements if you see your career progressing within the property accounts field. The scope for training, development and career growth is unparalleled. In order however to be considered for this role you must have a dedicated experience of property accounts (at least three years) and be able to demonstrate a progressive CV and career to date.

In order to apply for the post of Property Accountant with my client please ensure you have the following skills:

(i)You will provide financial and management accounting support to the business. The role will focus on accounts preparation, financial and management reporting and the control of various projects, as well as capital expenditure

(ii)You will manage the financial controls and reports (including subsidiaries) and ensure compliance with accounting standards as well as statutory and group reporting obligations.

(iii)You will be responsible for fixed assets accounting; review of expenditure & control of costs within agreed budgets; preparation and presentation of budgets & forecasts (revenue/capital/cash flow); financial support for Capex feasibilities

(iv)You will ideally be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finalist and used to operating effectively by prioritising and focusing on various deadlines in an environment with differing levels of pressure
