Job Opening: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Calgary, AB, CANADA
Our client has an immediate requirement for a strong Business Analyst. They require a Senior Business Analyst to deliver analysis based on the following initiatives: Knowledge and experience working with SAP considered an asset.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
. 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst
. Strong facilitation skills
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Desired Skill Set:
o Business Case development
o Gathering and documenting functional/technical requirements
o As-is and To-be business processes development
o Identification and documentation of fit-gap analysis
o Identification and documentation of benefits realization
o Knowledge and experience working on Data Management initiatives (loss prevention, deletion, archiving, reorganization)
o Knowledge and experience working with SAP is a plus
o Knowledge and experience working with IT groups
. Provide inputs to the Project Management Plan
. Ability to manage workload and work effectively with little supervision
. Able to multi task, prioritize and coordinate resources
. Demonstrated record of translating strategy into measurable, financial benefits
. Experience exploring relationships between multiple pieces and sources of data
. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
