Job Opening: Key Account Executive 
Location: Toronto, ON, CANADA

Job Responsibilities:

    Sales: Responsible for creating new, solid relationships at a senior level as well as identifying opportunities for growth with existing "medium account" clients by providing value added solutions.
    Client Relationships: With a focus on building solid, trusted relationships with clientele, the successful candidate with closely align with internal senior sales leaders and peers to achieve revenue growth objectives with strategically targeted prospects.
    Account Planning: Via quarterly reviews, the successful candidate will create a plan to address; spend forecasts, key insights, assessment of client needs and proposed steps for growth (opportunities to introduce new products, solutions and services lines).
    Performance Management: Responsible for meeting (hopefully exceeding) revenue targets through the growth of existing clientele as well as the acquisition of new clients within the assigned customer and prospect base.
    Industry Knowledge: As a senior sales professional, you will become a Subject Matter Expert that is both knowledgeable and current in industry and application best practices and trend and you will leverage this knowledge to build trust and respect.

Job Requirements:

    MUST HAVE: Post secondary education
    MUST HAVE: 5 - 10 years of strategic sales experience
    STRONG PREFERENCE FOR: sales experience in the financial industry
    Strong business acumen and marketing program experience
    Solid knowledge of technology and how to apply technology to solve clients' business needs
    Advanced written and verbal communication skills and the ability to sell to senior leaders
    Solid planning and project management skills
    Results-oriented individual able to establish own priorities in an unstructured environment

Job Compensations:

    Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
    Variable Opportunity at 100% of Plan: $45,000 (uncapped)
    On Target Earnings (Year 1): $100,000 - $105,000
    Car Allowance: $700/month
    Home/office split arrangement
    Benefits + RRSP Contribution
