Job Opening: Manager, Business Process Engineering/Design, THOREK / SCOTT AND PARTNERS
Location: Toronto, ON, CANADA
Job Responsibilities:
1. Deliver against commitments in all business process design projects
2. Assist managers and business leads in executing their commitments in the business process projects
3. Develop a highly effective and respected work environment
4. Ensure all business processes functions are properly aligned
This includes functions such as:
Process Mapping
Process Optimization
Process Design
Process Implementation
Results achieved will primarily affect Trading Risk as a whole and will have an indirect impact on all stakeholder groups.
Job Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
5+ years' experience with process design and previous experience on large process design projects.
Demonstrated leadership, impact and influence and people-management skills are essential.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence in respect to process design and implementation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Process Mapping Software, an asset.
Ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of a team.
Superior time management, planning and organization skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A creative team player with a strong passion for client and employee experience.
Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
