Job Opening: Contract - Web Developer - .net, S.I. SYSTEMS
Location: Toronto, ON, CANADA

Job Description:   

Our centrally located FiannResponsible for creating and modifying documentation corresponding to websites.
May collaborate with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, networking) and with external vendors.
Maintain and update websites and ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across organization.
Requires both frontend (GUI) and backend development experience.
35 years of prior web development experience is required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of .NET development experience
Visual Studio 2008 or 2010 experience
ASP.NET (4+ years)
VB.NET or C# (project is performed in VB.NET)
.NET Framework 3.5 or 4.0
Understanding of DB tools
Team Foundation Server exposure
Enterprise development experience (2+ years)
Strong OO Principles (3+ years)
Ability or exposure to working within custom frameworks
Strong Unit Testing mindset
Ability to work in an Agile style environment including continuous integration
Proven understanding and knowledge of Finance applications and systems, technologies and clients focus; Treasury systems experience is considered asset.
Demonstrated knowledge of change and incident management processes (familiar with ITIL)
Understand the balance of whats strategically possible and whats desirable in a busy professional environment
Strong understanding of design and development tools
Excellent skills in the architecture, design and construction of multitier applications
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
