JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a Global provider of managed, video-conferencing services. The 7/24 Customer Service Centre (CSC) provides first level support to customers around the world who are participating in Video Conferencing activities. We're looking for a fully experienced Team Lead (Manager) for our Toronto-based North American Operation - someone who has helped to select, train, and build a fully functional help desk. The successful candidate will have a reasonable grasp of audio and/or video conferencing along with an aptitude for the supporting network and CSC support applications. Proven abilities to develop Problem Resolution Procedures and apply resources to support the needs of customers are a must.
