Job Description:
Our client is a Global provider of managed, video-conferencing services. We're looking for an experienced CRM Administrator. The CRM Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details, and have analytical thinking skills. Additionally, this role will require knowledge of business processes.
