Service Charge Accountant: £150-200 per day in Central London -Temp to Perm

Morgan Hunt, working in partnership with a FTSE 100 market leading company with a global presence specialising in Real Estate and Infrastructure, are looking for an experienced Service Charge Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leading organisation. Principle responsibilities of the Service Charge Accountant:

* Reconciling, calculating and apportioning of year end service charges
* Monitoring outgoing costs and budgetary control
* Monitoring the audit of service charge accounts where external Auditors are use
* Liaising with Management Surveyors and the Client
* Liaising with Centre Managers, Building Managers, Solicitors
* Liaising with new purchaser or Managing Agent to ensure smooth handover of any outgoing properties
* Liaising with Vendor or Managing Agent to ensure smooth take on of new instructions

Job Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years experience with a commercial portfolio, ideally for a well known advisory/ property management firm
* A determination to add value to the business
* Apply excellent attention to detail
* Tramps and Horizon experience would be advantageous
