Parkside Accounting & Finance are currently recruiting a Financial Accountant for this US market leader to the Oil & Gas industry based in Sunbury, Middlesex. With over 5 Billion in corporate revenue and fantastic offices, this truly is a great opportunity to work for an industry leader.

My client is currently recruiting a Financial Accountant reporting to the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will assist the Finance Manager to provide financial and technical accounting support to all areas of the business and finance within the region.

This work will incorporate US GAAP, UK GAAP reporting and internal and external compliance the role will also incorporate some analytical work. The newly created role has arisen due to a recent restructure and we are looking for someone who is ambitious and eager to grow into the Finance Managers position in two years time. You will be degree educated and ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified Accountant with significant and proven experience working with: US GAAP reporting, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, VAT, Intrastat, UK GAAP framework, tax returns, cost control and continuous improvement to internal controls.

It will be advantageous if you have experience in SAP & Hyperion and advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
