Job Opening: Administrative Assistant
Location: Calgary, AB, Canada
The Position
Reporting to the Partnership Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the overall flow of work runs smoothly within the team of recruiters. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the coordination of contracts, payroll submissions, contractor requests, document verification and various other administrative tasks as required.
Job Qualifications:
· Expert computer skills MS Office including Excel
· Strong multitasking capabilities
· Access or SAP experience would be considered an asset
· Excellent decision making skills, ability to support a team
· The ability to work in fast paced environment where deadlines are paramount
· Superior communications skills both written and verbal
· Industry experience is not required however enthusiasm and a desire to succeed would be vital to your success in this role.
