Job Opening: Senior Reservoir Engineer
Location: Calgary, AB, Canada

Our client is active in southeast Alberta and Saskatchewan and has a great opportunity for a motivated and experience Senior Reservoir Engineer. The successful candidate will increase the recovery and cash flow through the use of technology.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute well by well optimization assessments.
Maximize depletion strategies for existing wells and new wells, with emphasis on waterflood management.
Assist teams in assessing project risk and uncertainty on capital programs.
Guide junior and intermediate reservoir staff.
Appraise IOR and EOR development throughout our clients portfolio
Knowledgeable in the process of IOR, EOR, the use infill drilling, and optimizing completion technologies.
Evaluate assets for acquisition.

Job Qualifications:

· Professional Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience directly involved with reservoir engineering.
· Demonstrated success in practical waterflood management and expansion in complex oil reservoirs and/or development of tight gas assets.
· Experience with advanced Decline Curve Analysis, OFM, Reservoir Simulation & CMG Suite is an asset.
· Superior communication skills, interpersonal and eager to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
