RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT required by our successful and dynamic Calgary office based in the Downtown Core. Candidates must possess excellent organization and communication skills. Good judgment, adaptability and willingness are all critical qualities to successful incumbent.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answering multi line telephone, directing calls.
· Greeting candidates and administering evaluation tests.
· Problem solving and resolution.
· Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing.
· Ordering office supplies.
· Office organization and general housekeeping.
· Event planning and scheduling.
· Taking meeting minutes.
Job Qualifications:
· Min. High School education.
· Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
· Ability to take ownership, while showing great pride in projects and work load.
· 3yrs experience in a Reception/Administrative role.
