Job Opening: Project Engineer
Location: Calgary, AB, Canada; Toronto, ON, Canada; Vancouver, BC, Canada; Winnipeg, MB, Canada

Job Responsibilities:

· Projects for new equipment, upgrades to existing equipment including all phases from concept, justification, installation, start up and troubleshooting.
· Continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluation of work methods, processes and procedures to improve productivity, quality, safety, reduce waste, and generate cost savings.

Job Qualifications:

· Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, registered or eligible to be registered with APEGGA.
· 2 to 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Proven ability to plan, organize and implement activities successfully and within a specified time frame.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, proven leadership capabilities and the ability to thrive in a well-oiled team environment.
· Project management experience would be a definite asset.
· Solid analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
· Competence with Autocad or Solid Works a definite asset.
· Six Sigma certification a definite asset.
