Job Opening: Exploitation Engineer
Location: Calgary, AB, Canada

Job Responsibilities:

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, the successful incumbent will manage, find and develop opportunities within our clients Central AB core area. You will conduct economic evaluations in support of exploitation activities and acquisitions; provide reservoir/exploitation guidance to the team on development and exploration opportunities; and take a proactive approach to exploitation opportunities to build success in the immediate short term and for the future.

Job Qualifications:

· Proven ability and success working within multidisciplinary teams

· Strong project management skill-set

· Pressure Transient Analysis (Welltest)

· Production forecasting, Economics , and Reserve assessment and analysis experience,

· Log evaluations and interpretation

· Black oil reservoir simulation

· Mature waterflood optimization and rejuvenation

· A&D evaluation experience

· Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) required

· Strong computer skills with experience in the following programs are an asset: AccuMap (or GeoScout), PEEP, ValueNavigator, Oilfield Manager, WellTest, RTA, PW Outlook and Microsoft Office.
