CNC FOREMAN (#209903)

CNC Foreman to provide frontline management to the CNC shop floor personnel
Ensure quality goods are produced in accordance with all company policies
CNC shop work including trouble shooting and quality inspections
Ensure material is ordered via the purchasing Manager
Oversee CNC Shop Maintenance, in accordance with the machine shop maintenance schedule
Monitor the efficiency of machine shop personnel to promote efficiency and quality
Train CNC shop employees to enhance their skills
Determine shop resource requirements
Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed
Oversee 2 production lines - days and afternoons

Job Qualifications:

Journeyman CNC Machinist ticket
Five (5) plus years Supervisory experience
Able to work longer days to oversee both shifts
Thorough knowledge of machine shop processes is mandatory
Extensive experience in CNC Machining including multi axis machines - Lathes & Mills
Strong ability to make relationships with fellow employees, customers, and vendors
Strong organizational skills
