Job Opening: REGISTERED NURSE - EMERGENCY AND INPATIENT UNIT
Location: Hagersville, ON, CANADA

JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the health care team, provides nursing care according to the job description and standards of practice and criteria for Registered Nurses in the Emergency Department. The successful incumbent must be available to work all shifts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Current Certification of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse.
· Current B.C.L.S. (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
· Current A.C.L.S. (Advance Cardiac Life Support)
· Current knowledge and recent experience in an Emergency Department, within the last two (2) years.
· CTAS (Canadian Triage Acuity Scale) training and experience
· Expertise in physical assessments and clinical decision making.
· Proficient in insertion of intravenous lines.
