Job Opening: Document Control Lead
Location: Calgary, AB, Canada
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate supplier and engineering drawing routings;
Receive and circulate vendor equipment drawings for approval;
Compile and assemble Supplier Equipment Data Manuals;
Compile documentation lists as required by client;
Control on-line project data archives;
Maintain drawing files and system records;
Responsible for compliance dictated by client regarding maintenance of related documentation;
Access FTP (File Transfer Programs) and maintain files in Project Directory;
Coordinate company off-site document archives;
Manage office services duties such as reception coverage, ordering office supplies, mail;
Responsible for ongoing maintenance and functionality of copiers.
Supervisory/Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide advice to department supervisor and project management regarding training;
Participate in methods and techniques for improving quality, productivity and deadline schedules.
Job Requirements:
Have a diploma/degree from a Business Administration program or related experience;
Must have good computer skills;
Have excellent organizational and time management skills;
Have great attention to detail;
Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
