Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day management and delivery of community mental health services, the Managers will provide key leadership and support to services delivered by the organization within a defined portfolio which may include: Intensive Support Coordination, Crisis Services, Court Support and Diversion, Outreach and Concurrent Disorders Services, Supported Housing, Mental Health Promotion and Education.
Successful candidates will possess: extensive knowledge and experience (minimum 5 years) in the management and provision of mental health services; a Master's degree in a social science/health discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience; and a demonstrated belief in the values and philosophy of CMHA.

Community Mental Health Nurse:

This part-time (up to 25 hours per week) position will be based in Cambridge. The Community Mental Health Nurse will participate in providing person-centred support and treatment, and take a lead role in assessing the medical needs of individuals with significant mental health and addictions issues, provide linkages to resources such family physicians, specialists and more intensive support treatment services, and assist with the managing and administration of medications.
