The Role:
Inherit existing accounts
Generate revenue from existing and new customers through effective communication and listening skills, via outbound telesales to warm & cold prospective customers.
To generate 2 new business quotes per day, and 1 existing customer quote per day, 10+ effective calls with the key decision maker and 45+ calls per day, 2.5 hours talk time per day
Ensure all quotes are added and accurately maintained on a daily basis within salesforce and that your pipeline of opportunities is managed effectively
Maintain accurate Target To Call Planner – Daily Requirement
Use the client database (salesforce.com) to make the calls, update the client’s profile in both details & data and any additional information which will be of value to your ability to penetrate the account in depth.
Ensure correct details (especially spelling) are gained and documented at the time of the call, including contact’s full name, job title and company information. As well as, current equipment data.
Develop & maintain professional sales communication skills in areas such as probing, active listening skills, tact and diplomacy, a positive helpful attitude.
Ensure all customer enquiries received from inbound and outbound calls are handled in a courteous, professional and helpful manner and all problems are communicated directly to management
Maintain a high level of product knowledge in the area of company promotions and value proposition which are available to customers
Effectively handle objections
Develop a high level of business acumen relevant to the managed print service industry
Other duties as requested
The Must Haves:
Previous experience in an outbound Telesales/Sales environment
Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written
