Job Opening: PROJECT COORDINATOR
Location: Toronto, ON, CANADA
PROJECT COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Compile budget, monthly and quarterly financial reports for Boards of Directors, Finance
Committee and Executive Group
· Update and maintain policy and procedure documents relating to Financial, Purchasing and/or Information Technology activities
· Undertake special assignments which may involve:
- Researching current procedures
- Collecting and documenting relevant data
- Documenting (including flow-charting) processes, procedures and guidelines (current and proposed)
- Preparation and distribution of reports and presentations
· Maintain and enhance information on Corporate Support Services database
· Track and report on status against budgets for major projects
· Maintain lease and contract tracking systems
· Purchasing and supplying of various materials to sites (e.g. business cards, letterhead)
· Provide administrative support to Finance, Purchasing and Information Technology areas
DAYS/HOURS WORKED: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours Must be able to work outside normal working hours on some occasions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and organizational skills
· Excellent analytical and time management skills
· Detail and numbers oriented
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles required
· Advanced skills in MS Office particularly Excel
· Able to multi-task in a busy environment
· Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
· Minimum of 5 years recent related experience in a senior level support role
· Knowledge of Navision an asset
