Job Opening: Intermediate and Senior Electrical Designers
Location: Calgary, AB, CANADA

Job Responsibilities:

    Providing design and technical support for the layout, design and specification of electrical systems for industrial plants and related infrastructure.
    Designing and drafting of equipment and auxiliary components in 2D and 3D drawing environments.
    Reviewing project documents for scope, presentation and technical accuracy.
    Leading work groups or project teams with limited supervision.
    Supervising and mentoring junior staff, including assigning work and evaluating technical competence.
    Establishing good working relationships and communication with area leads, department managers, clients and other team members to coordinate, ensuring the compatibility of design.


Job Qualifications:

    Diploma in Electrical Engineering Design Technology.
    6+ years of relevant design experience.
    Experience with AutoCAD 2008/2010, MicroStation and/or knowledge of 3D design/drafting
