Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will be to contribute to and help grow the A&F Senior Finance Division. Our existing database and client base will offer you a good platform to go in and quickly establish yourself as an expert in the Calgary market.

You'll be expected to develop your own fees and client portfolio, as well as contribute to the overall performance of the branch. You will:

·Pro-actively sell and promote Hays recruitment services to new and existing customers by leading business development efforts
·Ability to spot opportunities for new contracts / projects, new areas and markets
·Identify potential local business opportunities and develop key and target clients
·Market Hays effectively through cold calling, client meetings, the production of e-shots, articles and attendance at conferences and industry events
·Act as the 'Expert' and offers help and coaching to others as required
·Involvement in your industry with client or institute events
·Take personal responsibility for fee generation on your desk/client base.
