Job Opening: Mine Engineer

Our client is one of the largest metallurgical mining organizations in the world, with operations in Canada, America and the UK. Over the next 2 years, they plan to increase production through organic growth, and are looking for skilled, motivated people to join the organization at this exciting time.
This role will require a Mining Engineer of graduate calibre to join a growing Mining Team. This role will be a key member of the Technical department, working for experienced engineers and managers alongside a graduate team made up of Mining Engineers, Geologists, Environmentalists and Surveyors. Much of the work will include;-
Project planning, scheduling and controlling
Preparing and presenting data
Updating detailed databases
Contribute to cost management & project estimates

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will 2-5 years experience working on operating mine sites. They are looking for someone adaptable, with strong communication skills who shows enthusiasm and gives maximum commitment.
The ideal applicant will also need to have strong planning and organizational skills. Our client are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years€™ experience in Mining, however exceptional graduates may be considered.
