Job Opening: Sales Representative
Location: Melbourne

Our client is a leading supplier and manufacturer of precision sheetmetal parts for use in the manufacture and assembly of scientific instruments, electronic enclosures, industrial and domestic heating and cooling units, touch media cabinets and transport related equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

- New business development including cold calling, attending meetings, organising quotations for prospective clients
- Servicing and selling to a portfolio of existing customers
- Working closely with the Engineers to ensure the customer requirements are met.
- Facilitating the opening of Credit Accounts
- Attending sales meetings and reporting on sales activity
- Ensuring client records are accurately maintained

Job Skills:

- Previous experience working within a sales environment along with excellent customer service skills
- Good technical aptitude including the ability to read technical drawings
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills including time management
- Sound computer skills
- High level of enthusiasm and drive to be successful
