Job Opening: Liaison/Stress Engineer
Location: Melbourne

As leaders in their field, our client is the largest manufacturer of specialised low volume and high value components. Currently in the midst of a huge growth phase they require the services of suitably qualified Liaison Engineers for engineering investigations and dispositions of nonconforming products.

Supporting the Operations team and reporting to the Engineering Operations Manager, you will be required to investigate production non-conformance and develop engineering dispositions, exercising your authority to approve non conforming products back into production.

You will also be required to develop corrective action plans for repeat non-conformance requiring design change or engineering action.

To be successful in this role you must be a degree-qualified Aerospace, Structures or Mechanical Engineer with proven experience with stress analysis in an aerospace environment.

Exceptional candidates with aerospace maintenance liaison engineering experience and liaison engineers with experience in industries closely related may also be considered.
