Property portfolio 30+ sites (green/brownfields)
Massive selection and varying sized urban development projects needs expert support

Senior Civil Engineer x 3

Current work through industry reputation as a niche player
Act as client interface with clients on contract management and design
Retained 95% of clients in last 18 months
Act as 2IC to Principal

Principal Civil Engineer x 2

Last 3 years nurtured sturdy relationships with leading developers
Not top heavy and not a purely technical role
Work in progress until 2014
Work only with the top tier developers
Swamp redevelopments, industrial, commercial and residential subdivision developments, golf course estates
